Orders placed Monday to Thursday are processed, packed and collected by our courier the following day. Orders placed on Friday are shipped together with weekend orders on the next working day.

The Butterscotch is so far the best and most authentic flavor. A little goes a long way.
Delicious in coffee and even to add a few drops to fresh strawberries to amplify flavor.
The Caramel could be more authentic, more creamy, more strongly Caramel. Its too weak.
The vanilla is disappointing. Its not enough of a vanilla flavor. Starbucks sugar free vanilla is a good measure to model on.... its spectacular!

I ordered my 6 pack of flavors more than a month ago and have not received it as yet, it was sent to the courier and broke enroute and was returned for replacement. to date i have sent several e -mails with no response.
