When you need something sweet fast, this microwave mug cake comes together in minutes and delivers all the cosy coffee flavour.

  • 1 large egg, or flax egg for vegan option
  • 2 scoops SIP Sugar-free Coffee Freezo Powder
  • 1 scoop regular flour or self-raising flour
  • 1 scoop water
  • 1 tsp baking powder, if using regular flour

Preparation

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mug.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute.
  4. For a saucier texture, add an extra scoop of water before microwaving.
